In September of 1999 I began work at The Accelerated Solutions Environment in Cambridge Massachusetts. A friend from college called me and said "I don't understand what they do there, but they pay you to draw on the walls." and suggested I look into it.

It turned out to be true and for the last 18 years I've been doing some form of drawing on the walls to help people get a better understanding of their issues, see what is under the surface, and to use that understanding to collaborate and design a better future.
